ALTAGRACIA ALVARADO

Altagracia Alvarado is the inheritor of lineages of mysticism and natural medicine. Her personal path of devotion began in childhood, a gift from her parents, who nurtured her connection to Source through critical analysis of sacred texts and participation in interfaith practices and celebrations. She continued her spiritual formation by studying with Christian, Hindu, Muslim and Jewish teachers. Simultaneously, she furthered her studies of gardening and herbalism with organizations like The Dobby Garden and Hood Herbalism. By centering the ancient practices of contemplation, ritual and herbalism she supports others in nurturing their capacity to be present. She believes that access to ancestral tools and technologies is our sacred inheritance. Through guided self exploration, sound ceremonies and plant medicine she connects others with the timeless spiritual practices of the ancient world.
