The Sublime Nature of Spiral Time

There are always so many clocks.

The mind has so many ways of perceiving time.

The body is somewhere between seventy-two and seventy-five percent water.

It has a clock that runs in tandem with the phases of the moon,

because the moon controls all tides.

Each tick realigns us with the emotional explorations required for expansion.

Dreaming, embracing, creating, embodying,

contracting, releasing — moments.

Memories.

The distance between an experience and the story we write about it.

That’s what we call time. Timelines give birth to personal metrics.

Am I where I should be?

Am I all I should be?

Am I at all?

Am I ALL?

Time is an opportunity;

an invitation to stay curious about

how long it takes to remember.

How long does it take to remember

that everything is now?
