Orders

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once an order is placed, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping/handling via USPS. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We do not offer signature confirmation and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Privacy Policy

Under no circumstances will your information be shared or sold to third parties.

Returns

All purchases are final. Any returns must be authorized by SCOPE. If you would like to return an item from your order, please email cs@itsinscope.com with “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line to begin a Return Authorization . Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be unworn, free of damage, with tags attached to be eligible. Please note that original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and that you are responsible for shipping costs upon authorization of the return.

Exchanges

Purchased items can be exchanged for an alternative size. If you would like to exchange your order, please email cs@itsinscope.com with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line to begin an Exchange Authorization. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be unworn, free of damage, with tags attached to be eligible. Exchanges are dependent on the requested item’s availability. Upon authorization of the exchange, customers will be provided with a complimentary shipping label. Please ship the item within 7 days of receipt of the label. Customers are welcome to purchase the alternative size desired separately at its-in-scope.com.
