movement but from the eye of self sustainability for life care. considerations for moving by self in new ways of being from internal to outward. aligning myself to myself and my surroundings those seen and unseen. the titles are a play on mudras specifically used for self care. My inward self being formed into the shapes they take. I consider what self sustainability looks like in terms of it being deeply interconnected with life care. The deeper I go the more is uncovered, the more is seen. floating in ethers embrace waiting for me.
