SOIL + SOUL is an online herbal workshop guided by Altagracia Alvarado meant to share ancestral wisdom, beliefs and practices. Our July workshop will center the heart and cardiovascular system. We’ll explore ancient forms of astrology, herbalism and mysticism and learn how we can embrace them in our daily lives. Participants will receive a recording of the workshop.
