The People’s Propaganda Printmaking Studio Fellowship Program is a study group for Black and Indigenous artists and researchers engaged in printmaking as an archival and abolitionist tool.
Developed by the ITS-IN-SCOPE Institute for Intuition, in partnership with Legacy Library and made possible through funding from Crafting for the Future, this fellowship program operates outside the constructs of academia or traditional artist programs by merging historical inquiry and creative practice with liberatory intent.
Through application and orientation, the participating study group will begin Spring 2026 and culminate in Fall 2026. Organized through a seasonal framework participating fellows will move through spring study sessions, a summer studio practice, and culminate with an exhibition of their works in the fall.
