A time for participants to simply move their bodies, ground in Mother Earth and walk away with tangible knowledge and experience with exercises meant to ground and regulate their energy. Participants will leave the exploration having learned several QiGong exercises and at least the first third of the 34-Movement Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi.
If arriving after 3:30pm meet at Centinela Park.
