WHAT’S IN SCOPE?

ITS-IN-SCOPE is a cooperative arts model for a collective learning and contemporary archiving practice. Organized as a contemporary archive, freedom institute, and research studio, our mission is to intimately contextualize our histories, effortlessly imagine our futures, and firmly ground us in the now. Diasporic by nature and based in Historic South Central Los Angeles, our ecosystem of archive caretakers and history seekers are organized through Memoryhaus placemaking into an intercommunal experience of re-membering intuition by figuring it together.
