Review: Love

Personal Reflection

Reading this feels so very expansive to me. I get excited by the possibilities of what this question can inspire and how we can intuitively integrate it into our days. If love is the question of “how I’m going to help you get free”, what can that look/feel/be like from moment to moment? Below are a few ideas that come to mind:
— Holding space for those that need to share their joy, pain, confusion, etc.
— Telling folks that you love and care for them
— Being thoughtful of our language and how/if we’re limiting ourselves and others with our words
— Taking moments to be still with ourselves and in our relationships
— Reminding ourselves and others to breathe deeply
— Intentionally carving out time to pray and meditate with each other
— Honoring our creativity and intuitively providing this kind of love through our art/creations

Those are a few thoughts that come to my mind… What does the question mean for you?
