Review: Movement

Guide

Step 1: Get into a vehicle.

Step 2: Turn on your favorite 70’s or 80’s Black ballad. I recommend Donny Hathaway’s “Someday We’ll All Be Free”

Step 3: Turn the volume up, but not max. You need to hear you.

Step 4: Make your way to Hidden Valley, also known as the swirly Stocker / LaBrea roadway at night when there are fewer cars on the road.

Step 5: Inhale deeply before long notes, power through as Donny does at 2:48. Open your mouth wide and sing. Wider. If you feel uncomfortable with the volume of your voice, take it up.

Step 6: Exhale deeply to close at the song’s end.

Step 7: Repeat as needed.
